Have you taken the permission from flat owners association before executing sale deed?  The amount would be transfer fees payable to the association.  This is to be paid either by you or by purchaser.  Unless this amount is not paid, he will not be accepted as member and share transfer will not be executed in his favour.

Dear Mr. Deepak,

thanks for reply.

Actually I have paid Rs. 25k at time of purchase flat in 2006.

The sale deed already been done on Jan 2016 end. everything has been completed related to financial obligations with purchaser.

I am not understand why the association is claim to pay 01 time maintenence again, where I have already paid to society earlier.

Regards,

Ashish Anjaria
