one company sent online jobwork offer to my friend to fill 3000 salary forms and sent an agreement of m.o.u. on Rs.100 non judicial stamp. The agreement is not signed by both the parties. My friend could not do the work within one week and expressed his willingness to quit the
work. One of the company official threatened my friend that he is going to file a case against him and demanded Rs.8500 to pay through online to avoid legal action. My
friend sent the above amount to him through online. Despite the payment again he is demanding another Rs.16000 to pay to avoid legal action.
Please suggest me whether the agreement of M.o.u. on Rs.100 without the signatures is valid or not. Shall i take any action against company to recover my amount.
