Online query

sir if a VRS pensioner wants to avail free legal aid in india i want to know whether both pension and dearness allowance are taken into account for his eligibility to free legal aid or only pension will be taken to account for assessing his eligibility to free legal aid

why i am asking this question is that because dearness allowance is given only to compensate cost of living in india

Free legal aid is given to the applicant who has no income at all to meet the litigation expenses and it will not at all consider the pensioner for providing free legal aid hence there is no question of basic pension or pension with DA etc.
