obclne I ordered clothes from myntra online shopping app and soon I realised that the clothes size which I have ordered was not of my size and decides to cancel the order request. after my cancelation of oreder I did not received money refund from myntra. I tried to call the customers care cell but they tell me that the mo ey is refunded in my bank account.
I have checked all the sides but I haven't received any refund from myntra
suggest me the best way
Just go through their terms and conditions; if they have not adhered to them then you can file a consumer complaint ;
