Only 6% blood donors are women - Biased Laws

You are asking  me  to give  the reason for low donations from girls hostel... I thought you were doing that.. giving all reasons of why only 6% donors are female.... you should be comming forward to give "NiCE" resons( read excuses.)

By the way each IIT  hostel has a  blood donation rpresentative .. and each representative organises blood donation camps in turn... there are two blood donation camp each semester.--- so for suure girls hostel representative get their turn.. and no matter whose turn is that .. the story of break up of number of blood donors hostel wise still remains the same... so your another excuse " number of blood donors can be better if managed by girl's hostes"   bites the dust.

Kindly be optimistic. Change cannot be made within few years but it will take time.  Definitely there will be change. You have the pessimtic view by seeing those girls who have not donated the blood. But you have not seen about the 10 girls who have voluntarily donated the blood. Tommorow it will be 11 then 12 then 13 & so on. This can be easily be judged when IIT had start functioning. How many girls were there during the first batch 102 or may be not Now today have one complete hostel for the girls. It means athat there is rise in the interest. This also needs to be appreciate that when first camp was being organized how many have actually participated one or two or may be not. Today you have 10 volunteeers. You are expecting that begineers should do advance course-Don’t you?

The same thing happen in police and army services, the ratio has been increasing in the male dominated profession

On the converse I say why no men were there in female dominated profession such as Nursing. Today they are also working as Male Nurse. If I say why there is ratio is less as comparison to females?

You will get the answer that equality cannot be generated in few years but it will take time. Time will come they too enjoy equal strength as comparison to females. I think you will get the reply to your query

Women should also be encouaraged to those acts which men are doing it voluntarily..Blood donation is the good job..why women are not participating it..??..These questions one have to search from their side..But its very discouraging to cause depression in any one minds
