Dear Mr. Ali,
As per the Education Act, a school can only operate after creating a society that will govern the functions of the school ..
Refer to the state school and education act. Once the society is created thereafter, the school is required to get the recognition from the Education Department of the State. The criteria for getting the recognition is different for different states.
