Open letter to chief justice of india from a poor indian man

This is an open letter to cheif justice of India asking a lot of judicial reforms. It is very interesting that these changes are very easy to acheive while can bring long term benefits both for the legal system and for the ordinary people. Your comments please?

This is not the forum for your address to Hon'ble Chief Justice of India.

Yes I agree with my learned friend that this is not the forum to address the Honourable Chief Justice of India.

Both of you are right, this is not a forum to address anything to CJI. But it was not attract attention of CJI, it is for this community which will be immensely affected by these changes.

This letter talks about the following -

1. Making the entire court documentation processes online. So that instead of physical documents or s*xrox copies that we carry to the courts on every date will not longer be required. This way lawyers can attend court dates only with laptops or tabs.

2. This talks about empanelment of lawyers and only those empaneled lawyers should be able to handle cases in any court. That means it talks about bringing a 10-5 schedule of lawyers and much more.

If you read the suggestions in the link you will know. Since this will affect everyone in the forum, wanted an open discussion in the forum.
