sir a town and country planing scheme launched in 1959 named as tp12a in rohtak haryana and finalised in 1979 there is the agriculture land in killa no 8384 and 8387 T&C department boundre it with road streets and a open space reserve for the park and this is still exist but not developed by authority is there is any law that if any land left for some purpose and not developed can be vaisted in original landlord

Once the place is allotted for parking place, it cannot be revert. You can have information from the local municipal authorities about the status of park place.
