In an injunction case defendant died as informed by defendant,s lawyer. defendant left a married son, a married daughter and a unmarried daughter. now plaintiff should call to whom as Lrs of defendant.
1.is it the only responsibility of plaintiff to implead Lrs of defendant ?
2. In above case how plaintiff can decide the Lrs?
3. Is it necessary to implead all three issue of defendant ?
4. plaintiff can ask about the lrs of defendant to counsel of defendant ?
