Order pending for 1 year

Sir, Ours is a registed housing society. After registration Promotor & society were going for conveyance deed, landlord filed a case against Promotor/builder & got statusco on the process in 2012.The entire legal process was over 1 year back in the civil court. The case order has been pending since then.Some 15 dates are passed for nothing.Every timeJudge madam just announces the next date.We are really worried & feeling helpless.What is the solution?
