Regarding ordinance amendment cabinet approroved on 16/09/2015. Dear expert in niact.. Apart from cabinet approval ..any more approval at lokshaba and rajiyasaba required to implement the same..any further amendment when comparing June 2015 ordinance ni act amendment...seeking suggestion from leading lawers club members...

Cabinet has approved ordinance but it has not even promulgated by govt so far. As on date the previous ordinance has lapsed & new is yet to be promulgated.
