Other charges by a co-operative hsg society

Can a co-operative housing society charge other charges to its members on a selective basis i.e. charging it to some members and not to others?

Is there any restriction on display of board on the road facing side of the commercial premises?

Can society charge additional water charge to commercial premises?

Dear Ravi

You can ask for the explanation from the society Ask them for the charge structure under each head

There might be some event so as to wen members are being charged differently but depends upon circumstances of each case

Committee of Society decided about that and then pass a resolution for that, If any member give suggestion then society think about suggestion and then pass a resolution, Maximum members are agree with committee and sign in book of resolution.
