thanks to all of you for your previous recommendations but i still want to know that
1) i am in mumbai and wife in gujarat and she wants divorce from Gujarat court and but that would be uncomfortable for me to travel to and fro.
2. She will be listening to me as long as her belongings are with me once i give up her belongings she would make me run from mumbai to gujarat and i will have to incurr loss in my business for those many days.
3. can i tell her to make her arrangements and apply to court in mumbai itself.
4. What will be the consequences if i take first step and apply to court and make her to run to mumbai for hearings etc etc.
5 what if she turns back and start asking for compensation if i apply first making judge belive that it is me who wants the divorce and not the wife so her case will become strong. But the real fact is that she does not want to continue mairraige at all. i begged her for forgiveness for some misunderstandings but all in waste she has made firm decission that she will never come to my house.
6 . i have read in this forum that divorce can happen with in 2 months under special conditions provided please say if its possible even before that .
7. what would happen if i just give up all her belongings under some witness and dont go for court divorce orders will i be egligible for other mairraige
