If a person leaves a Will transferring a Bank Deposit to certain person who is not the person designated as the nominee with the bank, then after him, who will get the deposit ?

if the will is made after the nomnation in the bank account then the will is going to superscede the nomination done at the bank.

Dear Pied Piper,

Bank will not give/ transfer the money to person in whoes favour will is done unless he/ she get it properly Executed the said Will (Probate) from the Court of law.

Nominee before the bank hold good value unless untill the person hold the Probate from the court of law

Does this mean that if a new bank deposit is made after the Will is prepared (not registered), the nominee mentioned in that bank deposit takes preference ?
