I have an own house and we have two sons.I want know that after my parent died who will be the owner of the proeprty???is that property divide in between us in 50:50 option or it will name of my elder bother?
I want to know if my parents made a will in favour of my elder brother then how i will get that property.
i did not give any no objection certificate on that property till date.

You should present your case on the bases of true facts You are not firm whethe will was made by your father or not. It is also not been disclosed by you whether the property in the hand of your father was ancestral or self acquired without which nothing concrete can be opined.
