To clarify,originally plot 657 divided into two equal parts,say subplot 657A,657B,each having different owners ie sellers.
now sub plot 657A got sold to two buyers(present owners) with intent that those two buyers get equal share of 657A..
same with plot 657 B.Thus 4 buyers with equal share got into 4 different sale deed with respective original owners of that plot
But due to negligence of sale deed drafter,boundary extent of buyer 1 and 2 was same as plot 657A , despite having diff sale deeds
.Also buyer number 3 in this sale deed of other equally divided half of plot 657 ie sub plot 657B got same boundary extent as buyer 1 and 2.
Buyer 1,2,3 cant demarcate their boundary extent properly now despite having separate sale deed.
any solutions?
