We are staying in Bangalore and we (apartment owners) have got the possesion of flats 2 years back however there are a lot of things which builder needs to transition to association including
1) legal documents 2) get the OC (building has some deviations) 3) get some of the key work done etc.
Any Lawyer recommendation for the same who can negotiate and get this done in a quick time ?
