ownership rights in acollapsed buildind

A three stories building collapsed due to age. there are three owners :-A:-owner of first floor'

,B  owner of second floor plus one room on the ground floor,

C:- owner of remaining ground floor. now It is a ground. Owner C died leaving his share to  Owner B. ther is no dispute about this. Now owner A says that since there is no buildig so the share of B is only the room size share.whereas owner b should get  1/3 share of the plot. I am told  that there are many such judgements on this point. Could any body help me to know these judgements so that owner B is satisfied on this score as he is agreeable to settle tke issue without court case.

Pl amend the quation to read as :-C died living his share to owner A. now B says he has 1/3 share in the plot. But A says his share will be only size of the room and not 1/3. there are court decisions whre the land has been distributed equily among all the share holders. Can anybody guide giving title of the court decisions.
