Pagadi redevelopment tenant steps

Hi, wanted to understand the steps to be taken from a tenant's perspective when there is a pagadi redevelopment in the future. (1) There is discussion around a irrevocable consent but not sure when it comes in the process, what does a tenant need to do before and after. (2) Also is there a standard MHADA format of this consent? I have searched and there is nothing on the site. Thanks!
