Sir. We are Pagadi Tenants, using as a dispensary since last 40years, and paying regular rent of Rs500/-pm. Our landlord, recentlysigned an Aggrement with a builder, without our permission for SRA scheme. Now we will be eligible for only 265 sqft of area, and also my Practice will be hampered as the development work will take atleast 3yrs to complete.
I want to know my legal rights in this case.
