I had tenancy right industrial gala which I sold and got transfered in the name of the party paying transfer fee
five back ,later after the took possesion .After a period of two our landloard who legal ligation with the party from
he taken this property on lease for 44yrs whichs was valid did clear the rent and tax so the x party took court order
anygot vaccanted all the tenant by law.now the party to whom i had sold demands their money back whatshould
ido to any legal acction agaisnt me.?
