Dear Sir/ Madam,
My father is having two pagdi flats in one building in Dombivli, Thane.
1. One flat was on my grand fathers name, after his death we transfer the flat on my fathers name.
2. Other flat was taken on pagdi by my father in which 2nd name is of my mothers.
3. Is it possible that landlord ask us to vacate one house.
4. If building goes for redevelopment or landlord decides to make it ownership, we will get two flats or only one flat?
Please advice me.
It is urgent.
