hi am Avinash , I am staying in mumbai in the pagdi system room since 1950 the said room is in the name of my grandfather till today. My father is staying with my grandfather in said room since 1950 alonge with the six brother but afterwards all six brother got seperate as and when they got married and around 1976 all six brother of my father seperated., My father is paying the rents , but the rent recipt is in my gradfathers name , now the problem is that my uncle asking for money or they want to come back to our place or they say that they wil send us notice through court , i want to ask u that is it possible that the can come back & stay with us again is there any law that they cant come back , how can we stop them leagaly pls reply
