Hello Respected Experts ,
I am from Mumbai. I am landlord and owner of building where I have pagdi tenants. My pagdi tenants are now ready to pay a certain amount per sq ft and become owner of their flats so that we convert tenancy to ownership and make it into a coop housing society. They are also willing to pay stamp duty and registration for their individual flats
is that possible ? What will be the procedure
