Dear Members.
My society (CHS) is going for redevelopment in maharashtra state. All members of the society are to sign the redevelopment agreement. However I see that there's no mention of their pan numbers in the agreement. pan of builder and society is mentioned. Is it required or recommended that pan numbers of all members be mentioned in the development agreement and do we also need photocopy of the pan to be annexed in the printed copy registered?
would appreciate clarity on this subject. Thanks in advance. ritesh.
