Hi,
I have a parental property which has purchased by me and paid by me(My father's only son).
But my father has expired since past 5 years and he has 5 sisters along with me(only son). The sisters have earlier done a land claim case which has been running since 10 years. We are certainly not staying in that house but we are managing it completely and now want that the house should be transfered completeley into my name or my daughters name.
Please do suggest a way how we can finally execute it, whom to approach and what all legal documents should be provided. Also wanted to know if any sisters consent is required as they are completely unaware of this property.
