Parents harassed by son

Dear Experts,

My brother harasses my parents everyday for money for his personal expenses. He also threatens them for life. My mother is blood pressure patient and my father is diabetic. My brother's age is 26years and he has recently started working after exploiting his education days, but not contributing in the house. I am 31 years and I am married, I myself have been suffering from chronic kidney disease past 3 years. But all this does not affect him, he just demands money every night, and if not given then he verbally abuses my parents, destroys furniture and also comes to hit them.

How can I protect my parents? And what expense need to be incurred to set this right? Please advice me. He is mentally torturing all of us.

Thank you.

Dear, File a police complaint, if you want to warn your brother otherwise send him a legal notice that if don't improve his ways ... He will have to follow the consequences .... Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450

there is an act for the security of senior citizens, you can make use of it, and as my colleague has suggested file a complaint under that Act.

File a complaint before Senior Citizen Tribunal (normally DC) and seek police protection.

You may proceed as advised by filing a complaint with the senior citizen protection tribunal or with the local police station.
