Parents harrased by my brother and his wife

Why your brother need to leave own home? I think your brother was harrassing on your parent's instigation ,now she is taking revenge! Btw, whose property is this?

It is on my in mothers name. My brother does not support at all financially and my father is retired. My parents never said anything to the girl both of them have issues of understanding among themselves. Girl never had issues with my parents and used to say that she was living on the house because of them . Thanks

Ask parents to file civil injuction to kick the pain in the a-s-s out of the house.

Throw them out you yourself, if they shout and create scene, call up police and they will look into the matter, give complaint against brother and his wife that they were physically assaulting old parents, they will be in lockup within no time.

As the property is in your mother's name, your brother and his wife do not have legal right to stay there.  So disown them by paper advertisement and file a civil suit restraining their entry into the property.  You will have a quick remedy by obtaining termporary injunction in the said suit.

If in law there is a provision to file a case for dowry demand and domestic violence, no one can stop a competent party to file a false case.  But if your parents gambit a first move and file a complaint in police station and subsequetly disown them by paper publication and simultaneously file a civil suit as said above, they can get anticipatory/regular bail without hassle, if any false criminal case will be filed against them.
