Parents immovable property

Dear Sir,

Bothe my parents died about 8 months back. They have a flat in Mumbai registered in both their names. As far as I know my parents have not left a will. We are four children of our parents and my Dad has nominated all 4 of us for the flat he owns in Mumbai. Can you please advice us the legal procedure for selling this flat.

Regards

K.P. Menon

Get the flat registered as equal share between you brothers + sister, if any.

Then sell and divide the proceeds.
