My dad has given divorced and recently maintenance has been decided for which my father is agreed to pay. Even mom is living in my father's property right now. I have few questions for my own understanding on behalf of my father.
(1) She has been living in my father owned property and getting compensation from my father too. Still can she ask monthly maintainance, from their son also while getting monthly maintenance from my dad, who are deprived of their own property and never been in touch with her and father since last fifteen years.
(2) after getting divorce my father could sell his property and what would my mom relation remain after divorce, would it be still my father's wife on paper, if not then how can she live in another's person property. My father's intention is too sell that property to get some financial strength to buy own house as we three are living on rent and mom is living in our property.
