My uncle who is an ailing man earns 4500/- as pension.... he has heart , neurological and couple of other health problems.... he is living with us and we bear all his expenses..... his expenses are really high and he is under treatment from FORTIS hospital....
but his daughter who is not ready take up his responsibility has filled a case against him to get her share in the property....
kindly give suggestions on the following:-
1. can my uncle deny her share in property on the account of the above situation
2. can he demand maintainence from his daughter? his daughter stays in Haryana while my uncle is in punjab
