Hi,
I m from mumbai.
My grand mother expired 10yrs before she made a will and which was kept wid her 3rd son, now my unclet say he dont have any will copy. i want to get copy of will but i dont know in which year it was made and who was the lawyer who made the will. is there any way to get the will from any government department, if yes please recommend the process, time and cost for the same.

You need the Will for probate proceeding. If the Will is registered then you may get a duplicate from the Registry.
