I have filed A CWP in high court against Astt Registrar and Cooperative Society . On the next date of hearing I need to file written arguments of the case. Would someone help me giving me a draft of how the written arguments can be made . I just need to know the style.
Secondly If the respondents are 7-8 in number, Do I have to file separate written arguments? Kindly advise.
