Parking agreement

I am owner of a flat in an upmarket cooperative housing society. I have a covered parking space alongwith it and am in physical possession of the same. City is Mumbai. The issue is that there is no mention of the parking space in my sale agreement. I bought the house from a professional couple. Furthermore, I dont have any parking agreement for the same. The builder has also not given any agreement to the couple (to the best of my knowledge). The couple bought the house from the builder. Is it safe? What can i do now to protect myself?

Madam,

It is held by the Hon. Bombay High Court that the builder can neither sell or allot parking spaces..The relevant CHS Bye-Laws for parking and the judgments are attached.:

 Good Luck,
