Parking allotment

my builder has given parking allotment letter to some majority of flats. Some like me who are late buyers are not given any specific parking slot jst promise of parking is given.

now builder is unavailable and society is fomred by members on our own.

partial parking slots are available and society has given people their respective parkings. Now they are asking us to grt allotment from builder then they will give us a space.

builder is not responding, what is the legal way I can fight this and get a parking from builder.

there are few slots unassigned bt society needs letter from builder as number flats are more that the available parking slots

Basically the society cannot refuse to allot parking space to its members especially if there are vacant parking spaces.

You send a legal notice to the builder to allot parking space.

If he is not responding then you may bring both the builder as well as the society to consumer forum for relief.

10 flats dont have parking allotment letter, and available parkings are just 6. I think society is trying to avoid any blame on them.

we tried everything to connect with builder he has done the handover of rest of the wings to another builder and now not even picking calls.

How to file this case and how much expense can I expect for this complete process

File consumer complaint against builder for deficiency in services in consumer court.
