I need help on issue of parking lot. I Purchased a Flat in Mumbai-Bhayandar area in November 2013.
I got the possession on time..I have also purchased 1 Stilt Parking but now it has come to my knowledge that builders cannot sell parking lots. On the time of possession the builder had told me that he will give the parking allotment letter on his Letter Head. Its already being 3 months and he has not handed over the letter head of allotment. Today i asked him for the Letter and now he is saying that he cannot give the letter as it is not legal to sell parking lots. He says that He can write the Flat No. on my Parking lot.But any one can go & write on the park lots their flat number, thats nuisance.
But Whenever society gets formed obviously my parking lot will have issues by member who have not purchased parking lots.
So how do i talk with the Builder to get My Hard Earned money back from the builder for the parking lot i paid and incase he doesnot aggrees to give money back than what should i do Legally ?
