Parking issue: need immediate help

I am a residant of a housing soceity in Mumbai. I have purchased a stilt parking from builder 10 years back. I have two cars so I m allotted an open parking space in building compound almost 5 years ago, which was allotted on rental basis to me. Recently I shifted to another soceity, but I'm still owner of the said flat. I have given my flat on rent/lease, now the soceity commitee orders me to vacant the open parking space, for years I have been using that parking space, and have being paying my rents regularly. So are there any laws regarding, the owner should vacant the open garage for which he has got allotment and have being paying rent for same, even if he is sole owner of the flat. Please help as soon as possible. Thanks
