Parking issues from neighbours

in hyderabad suburban residential area. Where the inside colony roads are of 15 & 20 feet. Each of our neighbours are objecting in parking my car on the road outside thier compound wall, whereas we donot have abetting road of either 15/20 feet beacause the old layout is such a way that we have to pass through the neighbours plot via 6 feet gali to get onto to the colony road.

Now every other owner on the 15feet or 20feet road are objecting not to park my car on the road outside thier compound wall whether they have a 4 wheeler or not. And say the place on the road outside thier compound wall is thier right to park thier vehicles only not for others ????

When approached to nearby traffic police statiom they say, ideally no one is allowed to park the 2/4 wheeler on the road, if any vehicle is obstructing the traffic/people movement then action can be taken, and further say they cant order any one where to park the vehicles on the road.

Is there any solution on this problem of parking where I am deprived of parking my 4 wheeler on the colony roads like others.

A common issue in many colonies! Here are some potential solutions to address vehicles parking in narrow roads within colonies: 1. _Designated parking areas_: Create designated parking spaces or lots within the colony to encourage organized parking. 2. _Parking restrictions_: Implement parking restrictions, such as "no parking" zones or time-limited parking, to maintain traffic flow. 3. _Alternate parking options_: Explore alternative parking options, like nearby public parking lots or multi-level parking structures. 4. _Vehicle sharing_: Encourage carpooling, bike-sharing, or other vehicle-sharing initiatives to reduce the number of vehicles on the road. 5. _Narrow road design_: Implement traffic calming measures, like speed bumps or chicanes, to slow down traffic and discourage parking. 6. _Resident education_: Educate residents about the importance of responsible parking practices and the impact on traffic flow. 7. _Enforcement_: Regularly enforce parking rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline. 8. _Colony layout redesign_: Consider redesigning the colony layout to widen roads or create more parking spaces. 9. _Smart parking solutions_: Explore innovative solutions like automated parking systems or mobile apps for efficient parking management. 10. _Community engagement_: Foster a sense of community ownership and involvement to address parking issues collectively. Remember, a combination of these solutions and continuous monitoring will help mitigate the issue of vehicles parking in narrow roads within colonies.

You cannot claim any rights to park your vehicle on the road just because others are doing it.

Instead you can have an arrangement with any willing owner to accede to your request to park your vehicle along side of their compound wall if they do not have any vehicle may be on some monthly payment.

There is no legal solution for your claim to park your vehicle on the road as a right, therefore you may have to look for some alternative arrangement to park your car
