1. )I have observed that some members in my society are parking cars in the stilt allotted to them , whose registered owners are not the members themselves. The cars in the name of persons who are neither members of the society nor tenants.
2) A member , who is allotted a stilt, has taken stilts on rent from other members, who do not have car, to park their additional cars .

Maharashtra State Appellate Cooperative Court has earlier passed a judgment according to which builder cannot sell stilt/open parkings. Now, Bombay High Court in First Appeal No.2182 of 2007 have also held sale of stilt/open parkings by builder as illegal.

Thanks for your reply. But the members allotted stilt by chief promoter are in majority (63) out of 96 flat owners(members). So how to tackle the problem.
