Part time employment and its legality

Dear Experts,

please help me with your experties on part time employment. this is fact that there  is no law in India which govern the term and condition of part time employees. this is very recent trend and growing a lot in India also. concept is very useful for students and for the employers as well.

But, need help to understand as to how many hours part time employee shall work with any employer, though full time employee can work for 8 hrs in day and 48 hrs in one week.

so normal working hours for full time employee is 8 Hrs a day, as such how many hrs shall constitute normal working day for Part time employees.

full time employee gets over time if works beyond normal working hrs, same way after how many hrs Part time employee shall get Over time.

whether part time employee are eligible for leaves and holiday as accrue to full time employees.

for better understanding please read the judgement and give your fair comment.

Regards, jai

for proving defamation one has to prove five points :-

(1) allegation was against the applicant

(2) allegtion was by the defendent

(3) allegation was transmitted to or through third party

(4) the reputation of the applicant is lowered in the eye of persons who hear or ready the allegation

(5) allegation was false as well.
