Dear sirs,
I belong to south indian hindu family. We have 6acres of ancestral property, my father born with 4 brothers and 3 sisters,later my father and 4 brothers together purchased another 7acres. in the year 2006 my father passed away due to cancer. in the year 2008 my fathers brothers done a partiton deed without the signature of me and my father's 3 sisters, leaving a share to me alone. now they are developing the land. still today i have not agreed for this partition. is the partition deed is correct or howto stop the developing activities.
