Partition deed of unequal shares

If we execute partiiton deed with unequal portions of the immovable properties and register it with registrar office. Is there any chance in future any one challange the partition deed of different market values later ?.

Say "A" Head of the house has wife "B" and  two sons C (Deceased left wife no kids )and D.

Family owns 2 houses and 2 lands.

A takes 1 house.

B takes one land.

C takes one House.

D takes one land .

If above all sign the partition deed and register it with two witness will it be valid not challengable in future ?
