Recently my friend's father expired, he did not write any will in his life time how to share his properties. He has two daughters and two sons. He has properties in different states and in different sub-registrar areas. Legal heirs came to conclusion how to share and distribute of properties, decided write a partition deed register it, according distributed share wise, but issue is where it register? properties located in different states, most located in Telangana remaining are in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Where partition deed can register? deceased person residency area sub- registrar? or any other? if deceased person area sub-registrar reject other area properties registration, what we do? can challenge it with writ?
