My mother has four brothers and five sister including her . My Mother's mother owned one flat and one shop and business in her name . one of the brother has filed a partition suits in high court . Since my mother is widow she lived with her mother during the lifetime of her mother. i am in need of information the whether my mother will be getting equal share in the property since after his marriage she as gone only for one year at his husband during he was alive . she has living at his mother from his brith and also maintained her .
since we are muslim family . any other law will be applicable or any judgement by supreme or high court in above kindly inform me with appropriate answer.
