As per the title deed,the total extent of immoveable property comes 60 cents.there are 3 sharers.( brothers).Property was undivided. Two brothers obtained a release deed from the third brother for 20 cents each. when the proprty is measured ,the total extent is 40 cents and not 60 cents.The brothers who obtained the release deed from the third brother are not willing to give back the proportionate share for the deficit and ousted the third brother from property.How this can be rectified?
