Dear sir,
Me and my brother are the legal hair to a bunglow property built by our late father and mother and the City survey extract bears our names as the joint holders of the same. Now we wish to divide this in two equal halves by mutual agreement and get the doc registered. Does it attract any stamp duty and if so how much?
