Partition of the property

It will be of greatful help to us for the below clarification,

My grand father has four sons and four daughters, and he was partioned his own property to his grand sons(Son's son' and not to the daughter son's) before the year 2000 itself and he was died in the year 2001.

No my aunts claiming that they also have the share in the property and want's to claim the same.

the property is in Andhrapradesh.

Kindly provide us the clarifications for further steps

1. The property in question first of all is not an ancestral property as its partition had taken place during the life time of grandfather who was its rightful owner.
2. Now after partition it has become self acquitted property of grandsons of deceased grandfather.
3. The property in order to be ancestral should be inherited up to 4 generations of male lineage to the present one (grandsons).
4. So in this case only the Class I heir would inherit or question the partition is my opinion.
