Partition queries

XYZ have right in a property. X & Y sold the entire property(including Z share) to B without the consent of Z.  Now Z has cancelled the sale deed through court order.

X & Y already received the consideration from B when executing the sale.

B is not a innocent buyer he knew Z is being cheated. There was no representation for B in court and marked ex parte.

Can Z enjoy the right over entire property ?

"Z" can not enjoy the entire property. "Z" has only (1/3) undivided share of total property..
