Partition suit

respected sir/ madam,

                             in our family my garand father got a property of 8acrs by partition in the year 1953 between his brothers, he had one daughter( born 1926, married 1952) and one son ( my father ) his dob 10/08/1943 after that my grand father died in 1971 without leaving a will, in the year 1977 all the 8 acrs were transfered to my father through pavathi badalavane, after that my father purchased 12 acrs land by his own earnings. now she demanding for partion already she crossed 90 years what is the possibalities.

No partition was made by your grand father, so after the death of your grand father being a legal heir daughter can claim her equal share in the properties of her father.  In this case she will get her share.  But she cannot claim self acquired property of your father.  For further detials you can call me.
