why is that there is NO online tracking info in ecourts for suits like partition suit filed at district courts.
the status for disposed cases shows only until judgemnt for preliminary decree.
does that mean , anything beyond prelimary decree and until point of final decree is only a procedural steps and doesnt happen by cauaselist hearing dates?
please clarify on the court steps involved from a preliminary decree to final decree..
